Mental and Physical Health

We work to improve the mental and physical health of immigrants and marginalised people by addressing the barriers they face and delivering projects that promote wellbeing, resilience, and access to essential support services.

Building Connections Programme

Longstanding isolation can take a heavy toll on mental well-being. We tackle long-standing isolation by creating safe, welcoming spaces where people can connect, share experiences, and build meaningful relationships. Through regular activities and community engagement, we help individuals feel less alone and more supported.

Healthy Living Initiative

In partnership with medical students, we promote healthy lifestyles through interactive sessions, basic health guidance, and community outreach. This initiative empowers people with knowledge and practical tools to improve their everyday wellbeing while training future doctors to understand the distinct needs of immigrant communities.

Community Pharmacy Awareness

The NHS offers incredible free pharmacy services, but navigating them can be challenging. Working alongside pharmacy students, we raise awareness of the free services available through local pharmacies in the UK. By improving understanding of these accessible healthcare options, we help individuals make better use of support available within their
communities.
